While still unannounced by Capcom, Ace Attorney 4: Apollo Justice seems to be coming to the 3DS. At least according to Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) in Korea, Capcom has submitted Ace Attorney 4: Apollo Justice for game rating.

The Ace Attorney Franchise has certainly seen great times on the 3DS, with most of their back catalogue remade in stereoscopic 3D for the 3DS. If released, Ace Attorney 4: Apollo Justice will complete Capcom’s quest to bring all Mainline Ace Attorney games from past console onto the 3DS.
