The December 2019 issue of V-Jump has confirmed the next DLC character for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

Android 21 is the next DLC character that will be distributed in the game as part of Ultra DLC Pack Series 2. In Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, Android 21 will appear how she looks before she transforms. Android 21 has two abilities in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 – Ala Carte Rush and Excellent Full Course Dinner.
