Netflix may soon be airing an exclusive animated Diablo series sometime in the near future.

Boom! Studios founder Andrew “Andy” Cosby told followers on Twitter that he’s currently in final talks to write and show-run the animated Diablo series from Activision and Netflix. Cosby is also planning to bring his pedigree, the writer of the “Hellboy” film reboot, to write the script for the Diablo animation.

No word on what and how the animated Diablo series will look like yet, but we’ll probably hear more next year.
