Arc System Works, the developers best known for the Blazblue franchise, have established a new wholly owned subsidiary in the United States.

The subsidiary is called “Arc System Works America, Inc” and is headquartered in Torrance, California. Arc System Works America will focus on distributing, marketing, and promoting games developed by Arc System Works in the region.

The company will also be involved in localization, licensing, and developing new partnerships with other companies in the industry.
