HAL Labaratory’s latest IP and platformer franchise BOXBOY! has come to an end, with the release of its third game, Good Bye BOXBOY.

However.. it seems BOXBOY may just be saying good bye for the time being. The last few seconds of a Japanese video released by the official BOXBOY channel hinted that there may be a future BOXBOY game thanks to the words “To Be Continued?”

Only time will tell whether Qbby will return in the future on the Nintendo Switch. Let’s hope so!
