According to MikeDubbz, the Joy-Con Grip was created in mind for the Nintendo Switch Online app, which supports voice chat and other features. What makes this Joy-Con Grip so special is the ability to use it both horizontally and vertically. Here’s how it looks like should you need to use it horizontally:
