Chris Pratt Confirms There Will Be A Post-Credits Scene In The Super Mario Bros. Movie

As reported previously, The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be premiering soon in cinemas worldwide, in about a week’s time. Well, it looks like you’ll want to stay in your seat for a little more after the film is over!

During an exclusive interview with CBR, actor Chris Pratt (who voices Mario in the film) shared an interesting tidbit about the upcoming film. Apparently, it will have its own post-credits scene that will tease at a possible sequel:

“Listen, there’s like, at the end of the film, there’s a post-credit sequence that gives you a taste of what the sequel could be about. And that gets me very, very excited. But there’s been talk of Luigi’s Mansion. That was a Gamecube game. I think that would be great.”

Of course, speculation is now ongoing as to what this post-credits scene could be. We’ll just have to see when the film finally releases!
