Ever wondered what the cast of Nintendo’s games would look like as a classic Disney animation? Well, you don’t have to travel too far back into the past to find out!

As you can see below, fans have recently dug up a retro commercial that features Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach (originally Princess Toadstool), Bowser, and Link promoting the Nintendo section at US chain Rose Discount Stores. What’s exceptional about this classic TV spot, however, is that it was actually animated by none other than legendary Disney talent Dale Baer!

Sadly, Baer passed away recently back in January, but his amazing work and skill will certainly live on forever in these treasure troves of his work. As an animator, Baer had worked on classic films such as The Lion King, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Tarzan, and much more.
