Over Fence, the developers of Flip Wars on Nintendo Switch, have filed for bankruptcy on March 16, 2018.

The company is currently in debt of 2 million yen (USD19,000). Over Fence was previously formed and founded by ex-Hudson Soft employees. It’s unclear whether the company’s bankruptcy will affect Flip Wars’ listing on the Nintendo eShop, as Nintendo published the game in the west.
