Disney Tsum Tsum Festival Debuts With 30,350 Copies Sold While Yo-Kai Watch 1 Bombs In Japan

Famitsu has published the weekly Japanese sales data for the period of October 7 and October 13, 2019.

Disney Tsum Tsum Festival came in No. 1 and debuted with 30,350 copies moved. Dragon Quest XI S sold 25,292 copies and was the No. 2 bestselling game of the week. Yo-Kai Watch 1 for Nintendo Switch had a terrible debut – it was the fourth bestselling game and only sold 9,426 units, a far cry from the 53,000 copies it moved at launch on 3DS.

Hardware sales for both the Switch and Switch Lite were very sluggish last week due to Typhoon Hagibis. The Switch sold 39,364 units while the Switch Lite moved 17,316 units. The Switch Lite has finally sold over 300,000 systems in its lifetime.
