Nintendo has been made aware of an issue affecting players trying to make in-game purchases in Dragalia Lost.
The company is now working with Google and Apple to fix this. These issues should be resolved in the next update coming in November 2018.
Here’s the company’s full statement on the matter:
We are aware that some players are experiencing issues with in-game purchases.
We are currently working with the platform holder to fix this, and expect to see some improvements in the upcoming November update.
Should the issue persist, we will keep investigating it and will work to fix it as quickly as possible.
Another notification will be sent out once the fix has been applied.
