It looks another fun and fresh new Pokemon mascot has made its public debut!

During today’s reveal of the upcoming Pokemon Fossil Museum traveling exhibit in Japan, a special “Excavation Pikachu” mascot also made a first-time appearance to promote the initiative. As reported previously, the Pokemon Fossil Museum exhibition will aim to teach visitors about paleontology by combining real life fossils with various fossil Pokemon featured in the games. It will debut on July 4th at the Mikasa City Museum in Hokkaido, where it will remain until September 20th 2021. After that, the exhibit will move to Shimane, then Tokyo, and finally Aichi.
