First Look At The Character Design In Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa Heisei Reiwa

Konami has revealed the official artwork for Momotaro Dentetsu: Showa Heisei Reiwa at Tokyo Game Show 2019 today.

For the first time in series history the character design has drastically changed thanks to Puyo Puyo illustrator Hideyuki Takenami. The new design has a more “cutesy” look:

This was the previous design since the 1980s by Momotaro Dentetsu character designer Takayuki Doi, who has left to create a new game called Billion Road:
