Weeks ago, Sega opened the official website for its latest 2D fighting game for Nintendo Switch. Today, more screenshots have been prepared.

Sega updated the website to share new details and in-game screenshots of Yuma Ilvern and Kirika Alma Towa.

■ Yuma Ilvern

Story

Yuma Ilvern is the hero who possess within him the soul of the legendary “Shining Dragon,” with whom he saved Alfheim. In order to reunite with the Shining Dragon, who perished for the world at the end of their struggle, he journeyed alone through the gate of the sealed god.

When he makes it to the fantasy continent of Endias on the other side, Yuma sees frenzied heroes in pursuit of dragon power.

Then, a Dark Dragon and boy able to manipulate “black fire” appear before Yuma, who is equipped with his Dragon Resonator Vandelhorn and sealed dragon power.

Techniques

—Bonebreaker

By swinging the Vandelhorn downward, Yuma can deal a blow powerful enough to break bones. Since using this technique leaves Yuma wide open, the opponent will inevitably be downed if it hits.

—Rising Smash

By strongly swinging the Vandelhorn upward, Yuma can deliver a powerful blow aimed at the heavens. It is effective at not only launching grounded opponents into the sky, but also at ambushing enemies in the air.

—Round Slash

A rotating slash that sends the opponent flying with terrific force. If it works well with your combo, it can blow the opponent back and create an opening for a super attack.

—Dragon Spirit: Light-Guided Burst

Unleashes the dragon power harbored within and attacks with a magic blade of light. When fired from the air, it likely will not be easy for the enemy to recover.

—Dragon Spirit: Earth-Shaking Burst

Unleashes the dragon power harbored within and attacks with a magic blade powerful enough to shake the earth. When fired on the ground, stopping its powerful blow is near impossible.

■ Kirika Towa Alma

Story

Kirika Towa Alma is a “Diva Magica” elf who inherited the “Rune Song,” the magic of songs that allows her to manipulate mother nature’s spirit energy. Worried about Yuma’s disappearance from Alfheim, she offers her prayers to the dragon.

One day, Kirika obtains a hint as to Yuma’s whereabouts, an ancient relic called the “Contract Tablet.” After shaking off Rinna, who was trying to hold her back, Kirika sets off for the door of the sealed god with her Dragon Wing Bow Koto-no-Kagura.

Techniques

—Lotus Bow

Kirikia quickly soars to the sky using wind force, then fires off the power built up in her Koto-no-Kagura as a beautiful , flower-like light.

—Step Shot

A basic technique that fires an arrow while stepping back to distance Kirika from the opponent. You can follow up with a wealth of attacks to corner the opponent.
