Developer Imagineer has published a new study showing just how effective playing Fitness Boxing can be for weight loss.
As part of this study, Imagineer tracked 100 the weight and activity of 100 Fitness Boxing players from December 2018 to March 2019. They found that for every 30 hours of play, the 100 players lost around 4.4 pounds or about 2 kg on average.
While this may not sound like much, it might be worth considering if you’re looking for a fun way to shed some weight.
