This week, we learned that Nintendo of America will provide free repairs to customers who experience the Joy-Con drift issue even after their warranty ends.

It seems that this free repair policy is only limited to North America, as Nintendo UK customer support has confirmed that they will not offer free repairs for the Joy-Con drift issue in the United Kingdom.

We can probably assume that’s even the same case for other territories in Europe and Asia as no legal action has been taken against Nintendo in those regions.
