Frostbite Engine Support For Nintendo Switch Has Been Reconfirmed

Late last year we reported on the Frostbite Engine (which is the game engine EA primarily use for their games) was now supported for Nintendo Switch via a discovery by Doctre81 on Linkedin.

Well now on the same Linkedin page it has now been discovered ever since the leak of the engine now being supported, the person who worked at EA has now edited their profile to remove any mention of the platform.

Check out the profile:

As you can see now the employee at EA has edited their profile to remove any mentions of the Nintendo Switch supporting the Frostbite Engine SDK which confirms once again that this is true.

The employees name was originally not shown to the public so EA went out of their way to find the employees page to have it edited so it is clear EA did not want this information to come out.

Here is a video of Doctre81 showcasing his discovery:

For those who do not know, Frostbite is the engine the company use on major titles such as Star Wars Battlefront 2 and the upcoming Anthem which possibly means these games are coming to the system!

If we have any more information to share we will cover it here at NintendoSoup so stay tuned for more!
