Furukawa: We Will Bring More 3DS Games To Nintendo Switch

Nintendo Co. Ltd President Shuntaro Furukawa has made some interesting comments about the Nintendo Switch Lite to the Japanese press.

Wall Street Journal reports that the Nintendo Switch Lite moved 800,000 units in the west and 390,000 units in Japan. Nintendo says that these figures are in line with the Japanese market and are normal when comparing the handheld markets between the west and Japan.

Shuntaro Furukawa also added that in order to convey the appeal of Nintendo Switch Lite to consumers, they will double down on their policy of releasing games previously on Nintendo 3DS on Nintendo Switch. We assume this means IP that have previously appeared on Nintendo 3DS will soon appear on the Switch.

What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
