GTA Trilogy For Switch Lands A 0.5 User Score On Metacritic, One Of The Worst Ever For The Console

As many of you may know, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition has had a bit of a rough launch, particularly on Switch, where players have experienced crashes, graphical issues and numerous bugs that have left many fans understandably dissatisfied.

Nowhere has this dissatisfaction been made more clear than on review aggregate site Metacritic. As of this writing, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition has a 0.5 out of 10 user score, making it one of the worst reviewed Switch games on the site. Only a small handful of user reviewed Switch games on the site have a lower score than that, one of them being FIFA 21: Legacy Edition with a 0.3.

Although the developers have already pledged to address the problems with the game with updates, only time will tell whether their efforts will be enough to salvage the game’s reputation and Metacritic score.
