Japanese-speaking Gunvolt fans will get to enjoy Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX in physical form when it launches later this year!

Inti Creates has revealed that the platforming action title would get a Switch retail release within Japan – for 3,818 yen. As a bonus, every copy of the game includes a music CD with tracks sung by Copen’s partner, Lola.

Additionally, first-print copies of the game will also come with an extra Lola costume for Kohaku, whom appears in the game’s central hub.

Pre-orders for the game at Japanese retailers will be opening on 3 June 2019. We’ll report back when we hear more.
