Over the past few months, The Pokemon Company and Tencent’s TiMi Studios have been running closed betas for Pokemon Unite in select regions to let players try out the game before its release.
Based on official promos and reports from the Canadian and Chinese betas, we now know that there will be at least 23 playable Pokemon available in the game spanning multiple generations. If you’re interested to find out what they Pokemon are, you can find the list beyond the spoiler banner below:
At the time of this writing, the following 23 Pokemon are known to be playable in Pokemon Unite:
Out of this current list, it is interesting to note that there are no Pokemon from Gen II or Gen V confirmed at this time. Presumably, there will be more Pokemon added to the roster over time, similar to other MOBA titles. We will be sure to report back with more info as it comes.
