HORI Is Making A Left Joy-Con With D-Pad

Official licensed accessory maker HORI has made the dream of every Nintendo Switch owner come true – releasing a left Joy-Con with a D-Pad.

HORI’s left Joy-Con with D-Pad comes with all the buttons that an ordinary Joy-Con has. However, it comes with a few caveats – the Joy-Con must be directly connected to the Nintendo Switch Console, meaning to say it wouldn’t work in TV Mode and Tabletop Mode. The Joy-Con doesn’t support HD Rumble, gyro, or motion controls either.

Left Joy-Con with D-Pad is scheduled to launch in Japan in July 2018 for 2480 yen. Pre-orders aren’t up on Amazon Japan yet, but we’ll let you know when they do.
