As we get to hear more and more about the cast of the upcoming Sonic Movie, the news is spreading that Paramount is trying to bring in Jim Carrey to play the infamous Sonic villain, Dr Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik.

According to Deadline, the studio is already in negotiation phase with Carrey, hoping to bring the famous actor, who has worked on movies such as The Mask and Bruce Almighty, into the Sonic Movie.

It would definitely be interesting to see a Jim Carrey Dr Robotnik and only time will tell if he will accept the job.
