Developer Pixel Dinos has launched a Kickstarter for a refreashing reversal of the RPG genre: Heroes Ravage – Rise Of An NPC.

Rather than play as a hero out to save the world from evil, Heroes Ravage has you in the role of an ordinary villager caught in the crossfire, who has had enough of those so called “heroes” barging into their home and taking everything not nailed down. Prevent the heroes from stealing your stuff by hiding your valuables, setting traps and raising monsters all around your modest village farmstead.

Heroes Ravage – Rise Of An NPC is planned to launch in 2020 for the Switch provided the stretch goals are met. More information about the project can be found here.
