Along with Australia and Germany, it looks like Layton’s Mystery Journey: Katrielle And The Millionaires’ Conspiracy – Deluxe Edition is likely heading to America, as well.

The ESRB now has a new detailed listing of the game, which has a E10+ rating. It actually goes into a lot of detail about the game’s contents – which implies that it has already undergone some extensive review by the ratings board! In other words, we could be hearing official news about this game from Level-5 quite soon.
