Today Nintendo started offering pre-loads for Mario & Luigi: Bowser’s Inside Story + Bowser Jr’s Journey on the Japanese region Nintendo 3DS eShop.

According to the listing, the game requires 5,349 blocks of space, or 668MB if you can’t think in blocks.
