All Nippon Airways, one of the national carriers of Japan, has put out a new video series called Game Chronicle where they interview various game creators across Japan.
One of the videos feature Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of the Kirby and Super Smash Bros. series. In the video Sakurai talks about what makes games interesting.
