Heads up, metroidvania fans! Hunter’s Legacy: Purrfect Edition will be launching onto Switch eshop in December 13, indie developer Lienzo announced.

As a Switch exclusive, Purrfect Edition has greatly improved upon from Hunter’s Legacy’s initial release on other platforms two years ago. As a result, a multitude of features have been revamped considering fan feedback – upgraded animations, improved combat, new game plus mode – to name a few.

Ultimate Metroidvania Fantasy

Embark on a feline-filled quest set in an action-packed fantasy universe brimming with fierce enemies, intense sword-fighting, and the classic feeling of a Metroidvania adventure! Hunter’s Legacy is a 2D platformer where you control Ikki, a powerful huntress cat equipped with twin swords, a bow, and magical abilities, who must save the Kingdom of Iripur from the evil Morodir.
