Interesting news – it seems that Monolith Soft, developers for the Xenoblade Chronicles games, was involved with Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

According to Monolith Soft’s portfolio, the company helped with certain area(s) of development for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, though they didn’t specify what. This is similar to how they assisted Nintendo for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
