New Trailer and Details from Fire Emblem Warriors

New Trailer and Details from Fire Emblem Warriors

A new trailer showing off some of Fire Emblem Warriors’ roster was just released by Nintendo.

In the trailer, we could see Lissa, Fredrick, Lucina, Robin and Chrom prominently featured in a series of cutscenes. Though we still don’t have concrete confirmation, it is likely that they will be playable in the final game. What was amazing to me was Lissa wielding an axe. For those who do not know, Lissa was more of a healer than an upfront attacker in Fire Emblem Awakening. Seeing her swing the axe onto the ground was somewhat of an eye opening.

Also shown off is the voice acting. Though it may seem out of sync in the trailer, perhaps due to the yet polished localisation, voice dialogue is confirmed for the game. However, only English voice is available for North American and UK release.

Here is an overview from Nintendo:

Heroes from across the Fire Emblem universe collide!

Clash with legions of soldiers and fierce monsters as Marth, Xander, Corrin, and other Fire Emblem heroes unleashing over-the-top-powerful Dynasty Warriors-style moves.

Take direct control of known and original Fire Emblem characters, issue them strategic commands in the midst of battle, pair up heroes to unleash stunning attacks, and more.

Unlock new playable heroes, each with their own unique moves, special attacks, weapon types, and voiced dialogue* in this large-scale action game from the Hyrule Warriors team.
