Nintendo has achieved yet another significant milestone during the holiday season in 2018 which saw big releases such as Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee.

According to Niko Partner’s Daniel Ahmad, the 2018 holiday season recorded the best net revenue and operating profit for the holiday season period since 2009. 2009 was the same year Nintendo was selling Wii and Nintendo DS games and systems like hot cakes:
