Nintendo has updated the cumulative lifetime sales for all Nintendo hardware as of September 30, 2018.
Nintendo Switch sales have hit 22.86 million units worldwide, with 111.10 million pieces of software sold. Meanwhile, Nintendo 3DS sales are now standing at 73.53 million units, with 371.16 million units of software moved.
The GameCube, which sold 21.74 million units, has been overtaken by Nintendo Switch in one and a half years. This shows the Nintendo Switch’s momentum and success as a home console, at least in terms of sales.
