The best controller to use for any Smash game night is the GameCube controller and Nintendo knows this. To allow you reminisce playing Melee characters with the GameCube Controller, Nintendo has announced at E3 that they are planning to sell another round of GameCube Contorller adaptor For the Nintendo Switch, as well as, Smash branded GameCube controllers when Super Smash Bros. Ultimate drops later this year.
No word on how much the Smash branded controller will retail for but the GameCube controller adapter for their Switch will go for $20 when it retails later this year.
