Recently, fans discovered that Fire Emblem: Three Houses will brick if you try to play it after you purchase the expansion pass.
Check out the issue below:
I haven't seen anyone talking about this so here's a PSA. DO NOT BUY THE FIRE EMBLEM THREE HOUSES SEASON PASS RIGHT NOW. IT BRICKS THE GAME AND THERE IS CURRENTLY NO FIX. I bought it a few days ago after I finished my first playthrough and this is what happens when I try to play. pic.twitter.com/fUqzXriypk

But now, it seems that Nintendo seems to be aware of this issue as they will be releasing a system update for Nintendo Switch later today to fix it.
Check out what they said below:
We are aware that some users who recently purchased the Expansion Pass for Fire Emblem: Three Houses are unable to start the game. A system update will be available later today to fix this. We apologize for the inconvenience.
