Square Enix has announced the official release date for Octopath Traveler: Champions Of The Continent in Japan.

This mobile prequel to Octopath Traveler will launch on October 28th for iOS and Android in Japan. The developers previously expressed some interest in a English release for the game, but whether this will eventually happen remains to be seen.
