Having a blast with Panzer Dragoon: Remake on Switch? Well, it seems like the game will be receiving more polish in the future!

In a recent interview with fan-site Déjà-Vu Gamer, the game’s co-producer Benjamin Anseaume unveiled what was upcoming in the game’s Version 1.3 update. In particular, the developers will be adding support for gyro controls, a new Episode 0, and much more.

Here is the full list of changes, translated by website Panzer Dragoon World:

• HD Rumble

• 60FPS

• Input lag reduced/rotation improved

• Gyro controls

• Sound effects are reworked

• Several face button to fire/lock

• Auto lock system as an option

• Episode 0 added

• New game mode (performance?)

• New gameplay options

• New cheat codes

• Options accessible from pause menu

• Dragon animation reworked

• Game language based on console language at first launch

• Secret menu called Pandora Box in the Remake now accessible once the game is beaten regardless of difficulty

• as confirmed later, lock on will be fixed and a new reticle will be available, a cheat code will now unlock the secret mode (called Pandora’s Box in the Remake)

Unfortunately, the update may take awhile to push out in light of the ongoing coronavirus situation – so the patch has no release date for now. Nevertheless, we will report back when we hear more!
