The Pokemon Company International and skateboard company Bear Walker have announced a collaboration today.

The official Pokemon Center website in the US will be releasing an exclusive Pokemon Center X Bear Walker collection featuring Pokemon skateboards. The first series will star Charizard, Gengar, Gyarados, Mewtwo, and Pikachu. The first five will be out on February 11, 2020.

A new series of limited edition Pokémon-themed skateboards is on the way from skateboard industry craftsman, Bear Walker, The Pokémon Company International announced today. The collection of custom skateboards featuring popular Pokémon from the iconic entertainment franchise will be available exclusively on PokemonCenter.com, the premier online destination for premium Pokémon merchandise in the US, beginning February 11, 2020.

Series 1 of the Pokémon Center X Bear Walker collection will feature five unique decks, each representing a popular Pokémon. In anticipation of the launch, The Pokémon Company International and Bear Walker unveiled the skateboards today featuring Charizard, Gengar, Gyarados, Mewtwo and the iconic Pokémon, Pikachu.

“Pokémon is highly recognizable with a massive fanbase in the skateboard community, including myself, so for this collection I wanted to make more than a traditional branded deck,” said Bear Walker. “I’m setting out to make functional works of art featuring Pokémon and iconography that fans love in the custom style my decks are known for.”

The collaboration between Bear Walker and Pokémon Center marks the first capsule collection of its kind for PokemonCenter.com in the US as well as the first premium skateboards created for fans.
