Mobile analytics firm Sensor Tower has observed a sudden increase in Pokemon GO’s ranking on the top grossing iPhone apps in the US.

On October 21, Pokemon GO climbed on the top grossing iPhone apps charts to become the No. 1 grossing iPhone app in the US. The last time this happened was August 2018. We believe the sudden rise can be attributed to the introduction of Sinnoh region Pokemon.
