Good news for those of you who have yet to pick up a copy of Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee – Nintendo has released a free demo for the game on the Japanese region Nintendo Switch eShop.

Starting today, you can download a free demo for Pokemon Let’s GO, allowing you to sample the starting moments of the game. Keep in mind the demo doesn’t allow you to trade Pokemon or access its online features.

To switch between Let’s GO Pikachu and Let’s GO Eevee, hold your stick upward to go with Pikachu when the Game Freak logo appears at startup, or hold it downwards to go with Eevee.
