Nintendo has announced an online maintenance taking place for Pokemon Sword and Shield this week.

The online maintenance will be held on December 5, 2019 from 2pm to 5pm JST. That’s about midnight in the United States and early morning in Europe. During the maintenance, online gameplay such as trading and battling will be down.
