Pokemon Sword And Shield Players Assign Specific Link Codes For Trading Version Exclusive Pokemon

If you play Pokemon Sword And Shield, chances are you may be having some difficulty completing the Pokedex due to missing Version Exclusive Pokemon or the starters you didn’t pick.

To help such players on the way, the Pokemon community has banded together to assign specific “Link Codes” for trading Version Exclusive and Starter.

In case you are not aware, Pokemon Sword And Shield allows players to set “Link Codes” during trades if they want to make sure they connect to a specific user. By assigning specific Link Codes for specific trades, players will hopefully have an easier time finding a person willing to trade the Version Exclusive or Starter they are looking for.

You can find a list of Link Codes for different trades below, do note that the codes highlighted in red are for Pokemon that are not yet available in the game (but are known to be coming):
