PQube Is Done With PlayStation Vita, Suggests That Switch Will Take Its Place

Recently, publisher PQube highlighted some harsh realities about Sony’s PlayStation Vita.

First, the company revealed that they were no longer going to support the PlayStation Vita with new games. Apparently, even digital games on the Vita are no longer a sensible business decision for them.

Then, some PQube staff went on to further bury Sony’s handheld. Using an analogy, they essentially stated that the Nintendo Switch was primed to kill off the Vita and take over its place. The below is a rough transcript of what two of the staff said:

“The Switch is standing up there, and has a sniper rifle – while the Vita…”

“It’s like a gentle bird that can’t fly.”

It seems like PlayStation Vita owners will just have to face the ever-growing truth that their favorite platform is completely dead. Meanwhile, the Nintendo Switch fandom can rest easy knowing that PQube has more excitement in store for them.
