Wonder how the Sonic movie would’ve turned out looking, if it was just a feature-length cartoon special from the 1990s? Well, thanks to one very talented fan, that’s become somewhat of a reality!

Recently, cartoonist FlippinDingDong shared an incredible fan animation where he recreates one of the film’s scenes – except it’s styled after The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog cartoon from 1993! The short clip is really impressive in how it captures the look of the original show, and you’d be forgiven for thinking it was ripped straight from the cartoon itself!
