Random: The Internet Reacts To Sora’s Reveal For Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
A few hours ago, Nintendo revealed that Sora from Kingdom Hearts would be the final DLC fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
As he turned out to be the most requested fighter from the 2004 Smash Ballot, it probably comes as no surprise that many fans were absolutely floored by the reveal. Although his inclusion had been rumored strongly in the past few days, this did not make the reactions any less intense, as seen in the following compilations from Kingdom Reactions:
Sora’s name was even trending on social media in the days leading up to the final smash presentation, and his presence only intensified when he was ultimately revealed, leading to a flood of fanart and memes. You can check some of them out below:

One common theme with many of the memes is Sora’s close association with Disney, due to Kingdom Hearts focusing on his adventures through various Disney worlds. Specifically, the lack of any references to the company beyond the keyblade’s keychain is frequently joked about:
