Owners of Samsung Smart TVs and the Nintendo Switch have reported a very cool thing happening today.

After the recent Samsung Smart TV update, the television now officially recognizes the Nintendo Switch as a game console, rather than a generic HDMI input. What that means is the Switch has been given a gaming icon on the menu. It could even turn on the console and switch over to the Nintendo Switch automatically when you select it.

Not a big piece of news, but cool to see Samsung giving the Switch some recognition.
