Preparing for this weekend’s Splatfest? Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest update for the Splatoon 2 Splatfest World Premiere software on your Switch.

We aren’t really sure what exactly was updated at the time of writing, but according to reports, there are minor changes such as Inklings wearing wristbands and other Inklings having different gear.

You can manually update the software by pressing the + button on your Joy-Con or Switch Pro Controller, and then clicking Update.
