The battle between Team Comedy and Team Action has come to an end in Splatoon 2, and Comedy has been declared the winning team.

In this rare worldwide Splatfest, Team Action came in as the most popular team in terms of votes (58% to 42%). Team Comedy wiped the slate clean as it had slightly superior players, edging out both solo and team wins by 51% to 49%.
