Nintendo has announced a physical edition for Tetris 99, coming to Japan on August 9, 2019.

The physical edition costs 3,148 yen (excluding sales tax) and includes Tetris 99 on a physical Game Card and a code to redeem 12 months of Nintendo Switch Online individual membership. The code must be redeemed by January 30, 2020.

Tetris 99 on a Game Card includes CPU Battles and other add-on content.
