Earlier this year, Square Enix revealed The World Ends With You The Animation – an anime adaptation of The World Ends With You. While its premiere is still a long way off, you can now take a nice peek at the start of the series’ story!

Square Enix has released a special 90-second preview for the show below – where protagonist Neku wakes up in a Shibuya that’s a little stranger than usual. Check it out below:

The World Ends With You The Animation will be debuting worldwide in 2021. We’ll report back as we hear more in the future.
