THQ Nordic has released Titan Quest on PS4 and Xbox One today. What about the Nintendo Switch version?

In THQ Nordic’s press release, the company didn’t give a launch window except for a cheeky line “The version for Nintendo Switch is in development and will be released (insert drumroll) when it is done”. The game is still expected to launch in 2018.
